This is my second stay at the Rosalie and both time the facility met all my needs and was above expectations. Ill stay here again in a minute

Well-equipped and spotlessly clean

Communication from host was very "automated" re. check in and check out - no personal interaction. Wi-fi failed one evening and host did not respond to outreach - though the wi-fi re-appeared the next morning.

a little disappointing
Publié le 22 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe host did not communicate with me until after we had checked in and was having a problem getting the AC unit to work. I had sent three previous messages and a phone call with no response (that was a little disappointing).
When we checked in the room was hot and the unit would not work. Finally the host contacted my by email with a few suggestions to make the unit reset. Eventually it turned on, but the unit in the bedroom was not working properly for that first night. My husband and I slept in a pretty warm apartment.
In addition to being hot, the bed was not at all up to basic standards. One side of it is completely caved in. It has an obvious dent in the mattress. My poor husband slept on that slope and woke up with back pain.
The neighborhood was good, the parking was free and the shower was amazing. This cute little place has a lot of potential, but some work needs to be done in order for it to score 5-stars.

This place is a gem. The value is tremendous. A bit spartan but more to offer than most hotels.
