Very functional accommodation in a very accessible location. Reasonably priced.

The apartment location is central, an easy walk to all clubs, shops and cafes. Whilst the property is a bit tired, it was comfortable for a short stay; the pool was clean, the staff friendly, no wifi available ( but is free next door at the RSL and other businesses), and no air conditioning on the island. A bonus was the car hire included in the cost of the accommodation (which isn't clearly advertised).

The best feature was the friendly staff (Tess) the excellent property location, the garden setting, the size of the accommodation including the kitchen, but the accommodation was a bit old and tired, and needed a good clean, and better facilities for the weather at that time of year. Suggest don't travel July/August.

Tess was a wonderful lady- full of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for her. We did suggest that perhaps carpets be removed from bedrooms as a very musty smell. Minor checks on light bulbs need to be maintained. Location was great for us.the property had everything we needed and great open spaces. We would stay here again.

What we liked the most was the position - walking distance of most things. Tess, the manager was lovely.
Comfortable bed, white sheets and good shower and towels.
Did not like the cockroaches, which were huge and came into the apartment as no fly screens!

Units tired but tidy, friendly staff at reception. No daily service and towels etc made available only on request. Three star at best, but about normal for Norfolk Island.
Pool area was a bonus as not to many motels with pools on Norfolk.
Would stay again.
