Staff was nice and accommodating. General Manager unprofessional and unavailable to address customer complaints. Continental Breakfast 👎. No fresh fruit, no teas, no oatmeal/grits. Inoperable shower in pool area, water extremely cold, windows open(screens removed) allowing accessibility to unauthorized visitors.(unsafe)

towels were dirty, tub was dirty, there were flies and spiders in the rooms. I had no time to complain nor change rooms because I was not there to be in the rooms but it was not a great experience.
