The only reason why I chose this hotel was because they had a hot tub. I need for my ailing back, but it was not full and not operable very disappointed.

Robert, we're truly sorry to hear about the distress caused during your stay, particularly concerning the hot tub's condition. Unfortunately, the hot tub was down because the heater failed and we are awaiting a new one, which will take time to replace. This was a mechanical failure that could not be avoided. We hope there's an opportunity to serve you better next time.
