Handicapped room on 4th floor. Bathroom had only a shower tub combo. We were not able to use. We are not able to pick our legs up and over the tub. Wheelchair use is fine since they provide a slide seat to use with the tub. We just washed up using the sink.

Mona, we do have roll in shower rooms on site. That type of room was not reserved, and we are sorry we did not know you needed that. Please ask for "roll-in shower" room type. We are happy your stay went well. :-)

Rooms were big, lots of amenities, only problem was we couldn't keep the temperature of the room comfortable.

Convenient and Clean

Only complaint is the sleeper sofa you can feel the springs.

Great stay!
Posted Jul. 17, 2024 on HotelsExcellent stay. Its a new hotel, so everything is modern and clean. Very pet friendly. Great staff. We didn't stay for breakfast but grabbed a coffee to go after using the lovely dog walk.
