Staff were super friendly and the room had what we needed, but the bathroom was like being in the bathroom in an apartment full of college students. The grout was not super clean, the bathtub was small and stained, and the shower curtain rod was broken so the curtain was also stained at the bottom from lying on the bottom of the shower. It had to have been like that for a while. Not a tub I would bother taking a bath in.

Very nice location in Downtown North Adam’s. MASS MOCA is within walking distance, but they have a great little gallery on the ground floor of the hotel too. The rooms are comfortable and hotel has modern amenities including work out room and pool. Always a joy to stay at the Downstreet.
