Very clean and updated. We needed a place to stay for a quick overnight before going from a beach day in Rhode Island to Mass General Hospital for a scheduled surgery. No time for breakfast but everything else was fine.

So for a game or a concert 1 night. Worth the price. Bathroom/ shower moldy mildew.

Bathroom updated fixtures. Shades to windows new & good block out. Appeared to be a few longterm”guests”. Bare bones in the room, but essentials there microwave, mini refrig. Air cond worked great, Bed very comfortable! Sheets etc nice & clean/neat. One thin blanket. Fine for inexpensive one/two night no frills stay. Breakfast included a bit misleading…..coffee & prepackaged muffins. Didn't count on much for the price anyway….

Not recommended , smells terrible, window AC, too noisy and cannot sleep well

Convinience

Person checking in/out very nice .room needed to be cleaner, lighting was terrible. And chemical on bedding was too strong. Other guests no courtesy for others at late time

It smelled. Stains on rug. Stairs had cigarette butts and a ginger ale bottle with who knows what in it. Could hear noise most of the night
