This hotel has nice facilities and was clean. The staff were not the best and were not helpful with the exception of the wonderful woman running the whole breakfast room all by herself.
The halls were noisy and at night people were allowed to party outside the front door under the outdoor entryway, keeping the rest of us awake.
The airconditioners were loud. The trains passing by through the night were also loud.
Roomservice was unavailable due to understaffing.
We asked for a room that was dog friendly but were told they were all taken. Our adult son ended up in a dog friendly room but he didn’t have a dog! How does that make any sense?

Hoping for better housekeeping in future

Rooms are usually very tidy, but this last few stays, bed linens were barely on the mattress, yellow tone like sweat stain coloured pillow cases, hairs in bed. Makes me wonder if the second queen bed was even washed and remade in between guests if not used. Not as clean as usual.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Tracey. As you know from staying with us in the past this is not our expected level of cleanliness. We would have loved the oppurtunity to correct this mistake when you were on site, either by switching you rooms or upgrading you. I like the pond landscaped area in front of the carport entrance and the walk ability to the casino.

Property was okay - a bit noisy from the other rooms or overhead.
