Dans la première chambre que l’on a eu la toilette était défectueuse et on a trouvé des pépites dans la chambre. Par contre le réceptionniste était super 👍

We had just arrived in the room and it smelled like garbage, very terrible smell! I almost fainted... Thank you expedia for resimbursing us in full because the manager refused to give us our money back! We had to call the police on them. Kansy Kanss

This Hotel is in very rough condition and full of very questionable people. I was looking for a hotel for 1 night as i was traveling north and needed to stop for night as it Late. There was very few hotel rooms available in North Bay When checking in there were a couple of questionable men standing around in the lobby listening to Everything to was saying to the person taking my information and watching me I didn’t feel safe to be honest. I was supposedly up graded..as they only had 1 suite left The room was in very rough condition with ceiling tiles loose, bangs in the bedroom door and mold in the bathroom ceiling. The bed linen was clean with bed bug protectors on the mattress, but the pillows were stained..and also No Tv remotes to be found. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

From the time we reserved to the time we checked out management has beyond amazing. I would recommend this place, it was very clean and parking lot lit. Thank you for a great stay.
