Welcome to our newly renovated one-of-a-kind Inn, conveniently located between Charleston's top attractions and business areas.

This room with a king bed features a brand-name mattress, fresh linens and a private bathroom with cruelty-free toiletries.

Enjoy shared living spaces with 5 other guest rooms that include a communal kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee and toaster.

Our unbeatable location is just 7-15 minutes from downtown, Park Circle, riverfront park and the airport.

Although it may not be the most picturesque area, the convenience of being in close driving proximity to everything more than makes up for it.

Just rent a hotel room
There were 5 gallon buckets of paint and paint cans crowding the entry door. It states that there is a washer and dryer that can be used but I don’t see how you could use it when it was full the entire time we were there. The room does not look as good in person as they make it look in the photos. The ceiling vent has rust spots, the furniture is cheap and has peeling edges. The clothing rack in the room is broken where you place your shoes, so your shoes slide off the rack. The bed was way too soft, although it was clean. Also, There was no tv in our room, granted it didn’t say that there was one in the listing so I guess that was my fault for assuming. Even at a motel 6 or red roof you get a tv. So you better plan to be bored or find something to do in the city if you don’t wanna go stir crazy looking at 4 white walls and a bed. There was trash left under the bed and there’s barely any decor in the room. We were only supposed to be staying for the night but once we reached the location we quickly realized that it was not a decent area. We were going to stick it out and stay anyway since we had already paid but when we returned from the event that we attended we were tired and ready to sleep and the walls were so thin that you could hear everything going on in the other rooms. There were two girls in the room beside us who were talking obnoxiously loud until 1 in the morning.We finally got fed up and decided to book a hotel room so we could get some rest and sleep in peace.
