Checked in, but they couldn’t find my 2nd room I reserved so they got us other. The guy made a photo copy of my license and my debt card. Okay awesome. Next day at breakfast, which wasn’t much, don’t let the online pictures fool you, there was hardly anything to eat, I check my bank account and it was almost drained. They charged me for the room, that they couldn’t find, but somehow managed to charge to my card along with our 2 rooms. A deposit, okay I can understand that and then two separate random charges. I talked to the guy behind the desk and he found the room that he couldn’t find last night and said he would refund me for it and then said he would refund me the deposit. Printed things out to show my bankers when we can get to them. Okay. Checked out a few hrs before we had to leave and skipped the breakfast. Waited and for some reason yesterday the 2 random charges got refunded, but not the unused room. Disputed charge because no sign of it being refunded after 4 days. They never had me swipe my card or sign anything. Do not trust this motel. Update: after the dispute being filed they immediately sent the refunds.
