Ok pour l’emplacement, nous ne voulions pas aller dans la ville ! Je croyais que Hyatt était un signe de qualité , mais c’était très basic! Déjeuner ordinaire, tout était froid (œufs bacon etc)même le café ! Nous avons eu une chambre pour handicapé, je ne sais pas pourquoi !

We were in town to lay my husbands uncle to rest. Master Blacksmith Carlton Simmons, whom photos of his ironworks adorn the halls at this very hotel!!! This location was very convenient and easily accessible for us to come and go to family commitments. Cleanliness and quiet was awesome!! Always a smile and a greeting when entering the door, no matter if the person at the desk was chatting with patrons at the bar. And the breakfast bar was AWESOME!!! We have not had that variety or quality of a “breakfast included” option at a hotel in the US in quite awhile. We travel quite a bit and this was our first stay with this brand but will definitely NOT be our last! Domonique Grant was very warm and welcoming on our last morning there with such a beautiful smile! Thanks Hyatt Place on Ashley Phosphate!!

The room size was great. Strange AC arrangement so bed area freezing in order to get the other front area cool. Bathroom clean but shelf by TV was in was SOOO sticky . Yuck!!!;

These BEST staff cant make up for a bad hotel

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and temperature is nice and cool with a fresh fragrance when you walk in. All staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. These were the issues we had: -Our room had a fride, but no microwave. We were able to use the microwave in the lobby. -The indoor pool was FREEZING. We were not able to use it. It was a main reason we choose this hotel. -Showerhead was broken. No tub. - room clock and room phone were broken. I prefer to use a clock rather than my phone at night. - We got in touch with staff about all the issues in the room and they did move us to another room in order to fix these issues in this room. A refund ir discount would have to go through the 3rd party website we used to book. They were very kind and responsive. -beds are comfortable and everything worked in new room. - 2.5 miles from an airport. We had NO IDEA! Planes didnt start until middle of the night. VERY loud! - AC unit started loudly all night and would wake us every time as well. Electrical unit blew at one point. - AC stopped working about 5am and got to 80 degrees in (the new) room. -breakfast was really good. A lot of variety, freshly cooked, appropriate portions so there wouldnt be a lot of waste at clean up. - breakfast ends early at 9am, but late check out at 12pm.
