Our room was gross, ceiling by the main entrance was collapsing, carpet in our room was torn up, pool was closed and we were charged lots of hidden fees.

Without being rude the receptionist looked like she just woke up in clothes that didn’t fit and were wrinkled. We weren’t able to park up front and unload due to construction. The elevator was gross. The floor needs to be replaced as there were broken pieces and it was dirty. The walls in the room were smeared and dirty. The bathroom floor was filthy! There was no fan in the bathroom so it was so steamy and dripping from ceiling when we got out all over us! The food area I refused to even touch since the place was gross!! We stayed there overnight to be close to the hospital our daughter was having surgery at the next day and thank god it was only one night! The only nice thing I will say is the soap was a good soap and the bed was comfy!
