Some issues but good enough
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is beautiful and the house is cute, but there were wasps in the basement bedroom and the king size bed is pretty uncomfortable. We contacted the company the house is managed through (Vacasa) about the wasps on the first day as soon as we found them and they never sent anyone to deal with them. We were able to kill them because it was cold and they were moving slow but in all we saw about 10 wasps and were unable to use the basement bedroom. I never received word from the property owner about what to do about the wasps, I’m not even sure they were notified.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced during your time with us. Our homes are treated quarterly for pests, and our property manager has assured us that they are taking preventative measures to combat the entrance of unwanted critters. We have forwarded them to our local team to avoid future complaints and we do hope we will have another chance to host you.

Great place for a family
Publié le 26 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for a few days over winter break. The house is great and location is super convenient! I was able to get back and forth to Cranmore Mountain in 6 minutes to pickup kids from ski school. Nice basements for the kids to play in as well.

Perfect for our family!

It feels secluded enough but is also very close to anything you could need- grocery stores, outlets, restaurants, etc. everything from checking in to requesting late check out was seamless and convenient. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area!
