Nice place, nice people, could be cleaner, and breakfast could be served in such a price.

Mattresses were old and saggy
No hairdryer
No Kleenex
No microwave
Room very small. Bathroom tiny

Catherine, Thank you for your lovely. You booked on-line showing you very detailed photos of our guest rooms. Listing all amenities which did not include a microwave. You are mistaken, our mattresses are just about one year old, our hairdryers are located under the bathroom sink. Unfortunate your skilledful eyes didn't notice our mountain views, how well our guest rooms are kept, great location, helpful staff and the beauty of our historic inn. Good riddance

Posted Oct. 6, 2024 on HotelsThis time of the year it is hard to find affordable lodging in North Conway. At any other time of the year it would have been vastly overpriced. In comparison to other options in the area at this time I guess it was adequate.
Dated (and not in a good way), mattress was uncomfortable, noisy street and noisy wall heater/AC, spider webs in the bathroom...I think you get the picture. If returning would try to stay somewhere else, but if limited options would be willing to return

This is one of the busiest Inns in North Conway. We have been in business for over 71 years and have the same repeat clientele year after year. I think you said the quiet part out load..... you were out-priced this time of year. Next time stay elsewhere. I think you get the picture (in your words).

Thin towels

Hello Stacey. We use the same hotel quality toilet paper as any hotel. Just by the nature of our business (lost towels, stains, rips, etc.) we cycle in new towels every season with the oldest being around one year. It is too bad you are filled with negativity. I pity the place you visit next.
