Pleasant
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is well maintained and, obviously loved by the owner. We enjoyed the second living space very much. With the windows open, the brook crossing the property was pleasant and restful. The house was a little close to the road and truck traffic, but that is usual in New England. Overall, the kitchen was well stocked with the necessities, though some plastic wrap and aluminum foil would have come in handy. I would consider returning if I were to visit that part of the Adirondacks again.

Perfect Stay!
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were only here for 1 night for the Adirondack Marathon - the cleanliness of this house is unmatched! Convenient for us to easily get to Schroon for the race. We didn't get to take advantage of much else in the area since we were just there for the race but would definitely return if we come back again to spend more time. Cathy was such a kind hostess and the check-in and check-out were convenient and stress-free.

Adorable Vacation Cottage

Place was very clean, extra blankets/necessities although lots of gnats in kitchen area. Beautiful patio w/ stream running across backyard, very relaxing! Didn't realize house was just feet from a very busy main road, kids had to be careful. Everything was within a few minutes away! Must check out Natural Stone Bridges & Caves in Pottersville just 10 min away!

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family had a wonderful stay with great activities close by. You need to check out Revolution Rail, which was 10 minutes from the house. Only a 20 minute ride to Lake George and an hour day trip to Lake Placid. My son liked exploring the small brook in the back. This was a relaxing place after a busy day.
