Beau paysage pas de tapis dans la chambre mais mauvaise odeur persistante (cigarettes) pas de séchoir à cheveux. Soupe à l'oignon pleine de croûtons presque sans oignons et bouillon. Dessert cannelloni avec crême dans le milieu pas fraîche. Jus d'orange sur et pas assez pour tout le monde. Manque de pain.

Un gros merci à Jessica, qui travaille au Lodge, et qui nous a offert un excellent service! Elle a su nous accueillir, se montrer disponible, souriante, attentionnée et dévouée. L’endroit est propre tout comme les spacieuses chambres. Les déjeuners continentaux sont inclus, copieux, diversifiés et bons. En plus les chiens sont acceptés :) Seul bémol, c’est que le restaurant du Lodge était fermé…

North Creek Lodge terrible stay

Terrible place, I will never stay there again. The Continental breakfast was a joke! The room was filthy ,shower curtains have stain marks, blood and dirt on them. The floor was never cleaned, there were insects in the room, expected a decent breakfast only to find out only bagel was available with some cheese and frozen muffin that looks very old with coffee. Good luck to whomever decides to stay there.

This room has a rating of 9.2 (rating described as "wonderful") with 191 reviews. I truly believe these ratings are forged. My family does a lot of traveling and this is the second to worst place we've ever stayed. We are not high maintenance people. When we arrived that evening, the staff had left the windows open, likely to try and cool the room down before our arrival. However, the screens were literally destroyed and the room was swarming with bugs. To prevent more bugs from coming in, we had to shut the windows, which left us sweltering in the night, as there is no AC. There was an entire tile broken out in the bathroom so you could see into the wall. The bathroom door didn't shut. The ceiling had so much water damage in one area that the tiles were concave. There was no interior dead bolt or lock. Anyone who had access to the room key or room key machine could enter at will. We felt so unsafe that we looked into other hotel rooms at 12:00 at night but there were none in close proximity. Instead, my son slept with a swiss army knife and I took down the iron to protect ourselves. It was terrible! I have pictures and a video to support this review.

Cute little comfortable room. Room has TV and A/C . Clean bathroom but floors seemed little dirty not horrible just felt they could have been swept a mopped it Down a bit more but I’m also very OCD about the feeling of clean floors. I do wish there was a small refrigerator in the room. Was good for our one night stay tho! Bar and restaurant was very nicely setup and convenient on site.
