Outside door missing at side entrance. We got a handicap room. Clip that holds shower head fell and hit me when water turned on. Black hairs in shower. Hard beds. Fridge door hits bottom trim of cabinet so fridge had to be pulled out to open. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Much needed updates and repairs!! Will not stay here again

If not for a couple of items stay would have been
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe only real complaint is that our bath floor was not properly cleaned, walls were marked by previous insect swatting, and we found hair not belonging to us in room. Other than that the breakfast was AA, hotel was in I’m good condition and clean.

Lobby is gorgeous, staff is SO friendly. The rest of the building is a dump. Is wreaked like cigarettes and cleaning chemicals that they tried to cover up the cigarette smell with. Carpeted floors were moist. The place needs a serious remodel

Adequate for a quick stay. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Rugs in hallways are filthy. Linen in the rooms was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Musty, mildew smell throughout. Definitely needs updating.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. It was quiet, even with the AmTrak train line next to the hotel! Our room overlooked a courtyard with gardens - a pleasant surprise. The Indoor pool was large. It has a "gym" but this was smaller and not all the equipment was in the best repair.

I like that it was quiet. There are food options nearby. It is close to Quinnipiac University which is why I was there. I did feel safe.
