Very friendly and helpful owners. The motel is right across the street from the river, a very nice river walk to the ocean and beautiful sandy beach. There is restaurant within a 1 minute walk and more within 5 minutes. Beautiful area to explore.

Unfortunately it rained hard the entire stay so didnt get a chance to explore the town. Went to Club next door for dinner and some entertainment.

Despite info saying the office was open till 8.30pm, it was unattended at 7.20pm so we rang the number listed to ask for the sofa bed to be assembled. Owner/manager Richard said he was offsite and could not help. It would have to wait until the next day. A few hours later, three of us were playing cards in our room and lost track of time. It was 10.20pm and Richard came to our door, Not to assemble the sofa bed but to chastise us and berate us for several minutes for being too noisy. He was extremely abrasive and would not stop going on despite us agreeing to stop playing cards. I have never encountered someone so rude in the hospitality field. Beware that full silence is expected after 9pm every night. The other staff were lovely, but we would not visit again due to Richard.

On check in you were asked if you required the sofa bed and you advised you did not. Friday is the one night of the week that our office closes at 6pm. At 7:20pm on Good Friday with all guests in we were out for dinner.Richard doing his last checks of the motel could hear substantial noise which lead him 80 meters away to your room. Your answer to the noise was to close the door, which was explained that was not good enough for the surrounding families.We like to ensure all our guests are enjoying their stay not being disturbed by other inconsiderate guest.Richard was actual thanked by other guests the next morning for asking your group to be quiet.

Room was nice,we had King size bed,was very firm,could of done with a soft mattress topper.

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was very clean. The receptionist was also very responsive to our needs and questions. Would definitely stay here again!
