I made a reservation in a snowstorm at 10:30 pm. I arrive at 11:30 pm (within their check in time). Sign said open and tiny lobby was open. I go in and there was no one there. I rand the doorbell for 25 min while also calling them. No answer at all. Had to go across the street and book at Quality Inn. Checked out of Quality and back to OYO at 8:30 am. Still no one there and not answering any calls. Days later I find out they are trying to book me as a "no show" even thought they were the "no show". Since I booked under the non refundable for ANY REASON, even Travelocity is on OYO side. I never thought that no one being available and all the rooms being locked would count against me. Now I am avoiding any OYO place

Wifi wasn’t great, but otherwise a decent stay. Clean and quiet with friendly staff. Would stay again if I’m in the area.

Older property but inside rooms had been remodeled. Nothing fancy or new but clean and everything in working order. The outside is not very attractive but the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great value

Needed a place to sleep for the night, took forever to even get checked in after booking online. Room smelled terrible and got charged an extra $50 the day after.
