The room was very nice quiet and clean. Having the refrigerator and microwave was a plus. The coffee and tea were ok. I loved the ice machine by e and the filtered water next to each other. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. I t was easy to find and will stay there again if the that area

Bathroom was molded from the ceiling, behind the door, by the sink. Room was not vacuumed. And AC was not properly working

The hotel was new, clean, quiet and comfortable! The room rate was reasonable. The staff that I met were nice.

They are working on the only elevator so we had to carry our stuff up and down 3 flights of stairs. We were only going told this when checking in. Nothing on line. The rooms are “ok”. I hope they are still remodeling. Two couches in the room were both old looking and didn’t even match or compliment each other - giving it an odd look! Only 1 TV by the bed. If you sit in the couch area, you really couldn’t even see the tv. The bathroom shower faucet was shooting out water when turned on and the carpet was filthy looking!

We are so sorry about the elevator issue that we had during your stay, this issue is getting fixed today. We usually do not have trouble with our elevator but these thing do happen and it was unfortunately during your stay. Thank you also for letting us know that while sitting in the couch area you can not see the TV, we will be addressing this issue so that our customers can view the TV while sitting on the couch. We are still in the process of updating also so hopefully if you do try us out again it hopefully will be done then. Thank you again for choosing Quality!
