I was charged a room upgrade I never asked for or was informed about at church in. Asli, I was charged for an additional night because the person at reception I spoke to didn't make a note of my request to check out one hour past the checkout time even though they confirmed that this would be okay i.e. would not incure additional charges, to me in person at the time of the request.

Front desk screwed up BIG TIME
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was excellent in all ways except one. I had booked online using hotels.com and the pay at hotel choice. But when we checked in, my friend paid it on her credit card. She got a receipt for it. Only when I went to pay my credit card this month, i also got charged for the same room!
