The staff was very helpful & allowed us to view our room prior to booking it. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious enough & the bathroom appeared to have been upgraded recently. We were happy with the value for the price. We would stay here again if in the area.

This is about the best low priced motel in the Central Arkansas area. I'm very happy to stay here. A good, clean motel where everything works and no pests such as roaches or anything like this.

When we got to our room the floor was soaking wet. We weren't sure if there was a leak somewhere so called the office. They sent someone over to look who decided that the floor had just been washed (although there was still dirt in places). He called the maid who came. The first thing she did was splash more water on the floor & started going over it with a mop. Just what we needed - more water. We couldn't do anything until the floor was dry.

Every thing was good but the neighborhood was just a little sketchy but if you’re fine with that then it’s a good place

Had a lot of disturbance throughout the night with the surrounding rooms constantly going outside and cranking their loud vehicles just to turn them around or move them from spot to spot during the night.
