Front desk manager called the police on me!
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsTerrible stay. The front desk manager, Melodie, is rude and aggressive beyond belief, how is she a manager at a Hilton hotel! We went downstairs for breakfast at 8am, there was hardly anything left, the breakfast is very disappointing, too. I went to the front desk to see if they were bringing more hot sandwiches out, she was already angry and told me that there were plenty of other things to eat (in a really rude way), I said I'd prefer a hot entree, she again yelled and walked away. I asked the other people at the desk what was her name, they all refused to even talk, one ended up saying she couldn't say. At this point I wasn't believing for a minute she could be a manager. I went then to just get one of the frozen sandwiches they offer, but they were all gone, too, so there I go back to the desk to see if they could at least get me a frozen sandwich, Melodie was back and started telling me that I was just being nasty, that there were plenty of things to eat. Ok, those crappy potatoes and weird eggs, I am not eating, and I don't eat cereal. Why do I have to justify that? I asked her what her name was, she then proceeded to grab one of the business cards on the desk, pointing at it and saying: "Can you not read? here is my name!". What in the world? I told her she was a b***c and that I was leaving, I went to my room to pack, and the police knocked on my door! They had been called because of altercation and threat of assault to the manager, she is INSANE. Stay away!

The hotel was nice and clean but I could hear noise in the rooms around me - maybe not as well insulated as needed to be

Such a great family friendly hotel! Staff was friendly, room was spotless, and breakfast was good. Employees were constantly walking around cleaning. My family loved the outdoor and lounge area. I would definitely recommend.
