Excellent place for relaxation
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything is provided, even a well stocked breakfast basket with home-made bread. Spacious house with a large veranda and a very private area for the spa. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby and only a 5 minute drive from Maleny center. Hosts Linda and Antony are very friendly and helpful..... thank you for everything. We definitely can recommend the Possum Retreat.

Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayjust want to say a huge thank you to our hosts ,Linda & Antony.they made us feel so welcomed,lovely people to chat to ,they had the cottage spotless,spa was already to use ,we loved it.Every morning I would go out on the deck and watch the chickens ,the rooster & the tiny little chicks so very cute.This is a great location as a base.We went to so many places ea day .Absolutely loved it here.thank you once again Linda & Antony

The perfect location

The hosts had thought of everything, and our cottage was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and warm, with robes, a spa, a modern kitchen, and both air conditioning and a fireplace. We shared the surrounds - about three minutes from Maleny township - with chickens, kookaburras and wallabies. It was an ideal place to stay for time out and a bit of luxury. We’ll be back.

Gorgeous property with fire place and hydrotherapy spa

Most importantly, the communication with the owners was exceptional. They even supplied a hamper with fresh fruit, danishes, crossiants and a freshly homemade loaf of bread which was super delicious. Amazing weekend away!! A massive thanks to the Owners Linda and Antony. We'll be back for sure.

Wife's birthday getaway

Beautiful Cottage - Relaxing Stay

We felt very relaxed to be in such a beautiful cottage.

A very comfortable cottage

Inside we found a basket with a fresh home-made loaf of bread, butter, condiments and cakes. Fresh eggs were also supplied in the full kitchen as was milk and juice.
Melany is a few minutes away by car. A folder with places to go and menues for local restaurants was also supplied.
We felt well looked after. Thank you.
