Nice place by the beach!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery reasonably priced condo right across the street from the beach. Kitchen had all the pots and pans you need to cook all meals. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay!

We are so pleased you had a comfortable stay in our condo! We LOVE the large window that lets you look at the ocean as you prepare a meal. While a wonderful range of restaurants are close at hand, a meal in makes things easy sometimes. This is our home so we work hard to keep it clean. Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is as described! Perfect for two people! LOVE the manicured yard surrounding the property and the pool! Met some of the neighbors who were super nice! Check in was easy! Great communication with the owners! We absolutely LOVE the area.....so many restaurants that we could ride our bikes to! And with Barefoot Landing and Duplin Winery right there.....we never ran out of things to do after spending time on the beach! We took advantage of the city parking lot just a block away (since we are seniors and carrying a bunch of stuff to the beach can be hard on us!) But it is an easy walk to the beach! We definitely want to return! We didn't have time to use the pool, but it was beautiful to look at! A very well-maintained property!

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay! Many of our neighbors live there full time and tend to the flowers and lovely plants, so we all benefit from that love! We agree, the condo is so close to many activities and yet we love the residential neighborhood so you get a good nights sleep! Our neighbors commented on what a nice couple you are, so everyone looks forward to your return!

Thanks! We work hard to have our retirement home have everything folks need for a peaceful beach escape. We do sometimes make small changes, the salt air is rough on things, but wonderful guests like you make it all worthwhile. Hope you visit again!

We love North Myrtle Beach and our retirement condo so we want folks to have as wonderful a visit as we do when in town. We love the easy keyless entry so no keys to worry about, we also love the location that is quiet while so close to everything. Hope you can visit again!
