Publié le 28 juill. 2017 sur HotelsL'hôtel commence à prendre de l'âge. L'ascenseur a fait défaut à quelques reprises mais a été réparé rapidement. Il y a plusieurs piscines. La vue est exceptionnelle du 15e étage et c'est très bien sur la plage. La chambre était propre mais le divan lit est à remplacer. C'est loin d'être confortable. Certaines rénovations ont été effectuées mais il reste encore beaucoup à faire. Bien que je n'ai pas vu d'insectes, il y avait une grosse ouverture sous la porte. Un peu cher pour ce qui est offert mais pratique avec la proximité de la plage. Le personnel était très accueillant.

The had a lot of the pool area closed. Most of the kiddie area which is why we went. Alot of the arcade games were old and broken. Food was lackluster. But the room was great!

Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI loved the hotel, but there were steps in our room and I cannot use steps very easily because of my knee problems. I had to stay in the bedroom the whole trip. I think they should advertise if they have rooms with steps.

The unit was very outdated. Rusted hinges, drainage was slow. Understaffed

Every year we go to beach girl for anniversary. It was her 51st and fun and great as always we will be back next year. We know beach Cove is getting older as we are but still a great place to go. Thanks for the best room ever we hope to get room 925 next year. Thanks.

We enjoyed our trip. I wish it would be cleaner. The floor was dirty. Otherwise we liked it. Thank you for the new toaster!!! They brought the new one in 15 minutes after my call. Very friendly staff!!!
