Disappointed
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were very disappointed in this room that the owners called clean. Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, baseboards were nasty. Paint peeling off the walls near the sliding glass doors that you could hardly get open. Pictures from the on line site were not what they were in person. This place needs a remodel bad!

Great view - needs tender loving care

By far, this was the dirtiest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in - filthy shower curtain, old and dirty throw pillows, dirty cabinets where the pulls where, floors filthy in corners and wood rotten and in need of paint, door to patio almost impossible to open, bottom drawer in dishwasher missing a wheel so very difficult to load and use. I wound up needing to wash the dishes and silverware, some were dirty in the cabinets and the silverware drawer was filthy. In my opinion, the view doesn’t make up for the filth. In going back now, I see others have been making these comments for a couple of years so obviously the owners do not care to present a nice place. Very disappointing but I will be MUCH more careful to read ALL the reviews next time.

Misled by reviews
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayReviews were glowing about this condo. In fact, it smelled very musty and everything was constantly damp. The floors were so dirty that your feet would get black walking around.
Very disappointed.

We take pride in our condo and want our guests to enjoy their stay. If you had called me I would have sent the cleaners over immediately to correct the issues. The hvac has a switch on the wall in the bathroom closet to turn the dehumidifier on when needed. We have not needed it all summer. When it is rainy and the humidity is extra high, it takes the moisture out of the air. I hope you enjoyed being direct oceanfront and enjoyed the wonderful view. A phone call could have corrected all of the issues and made your stay more enjoyable.

Amazing ocean view
Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayFor second time we were elated with the hospitality of our host, the amazing view of the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony in the mornings and sunsets. Cozy little condo, perfect for a couple, with easy access to great restaurants and other amenities!
