Reviews said this was a good place. Now I know to not trust reviews. We survived the night but this is not where anyone should spend more than one night if looking for a vacation place

the beds not so good , room to small , need to be paint

We are aware as I personally will be painting a ceiling and having carpet installed tomorrow due to recent guest abusing a room here this week.
We still strive to not only fix such but still keep the price half that across the road.
