The kitchen is fully stocked with all new utensils, dishes, cookware and features new appliances.

BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedroom ensuites each with a new queen bed, hybrid mattresses and box springs, smart TVs with Roku & cable and brand new paint and decor.

Absolute treasure!
This condo was perfect for our girls weekend! Great location, covered parking deck and steps from the beach. Super tidy and clean! Comfy beds and cozy lounge area. Beautiful view. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The owners were so helpful from the reservation to check out! Would love to come back!

Great beach condo
We loved this condo right on the beach. It was so nice having two en suites. We also loved the Crescent Beach location, close to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The unit is clean and has everything we needed for our 4 day getaway. The furnishings are new and tasteful….coastal vibes without being in your face beachy. We look forward to staying again when we are in the area.

I have so many good things to say about this cozy condo by the beach! My family and I had the best time. I absolutely loved this condo and the view of the Ocean was amazing. I loved waking up, sitting on the porch with my coffee and listening to the sounds of the waves. The Owners had the best communication! I would 100% stay here again.

Cozy Condo
I love this property! The property manager communicated with us before, during and after our stay. He was available to answer any questions and did so pretty quickly. Check-in was very easy with the new security lock. The condo was clean and smelled so good when we arrived. It is nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished. Our view from the balcony was fantastic. It was so quiet and peaceful during our stay and the beach was not too crowded. I can't wait until next year!

We arrived on Thursday, August 8 on the tail of Hurricane Debby. The owners responded to our text about the lock immediately and even gave us suggestions for dinner. Great condo. The 'Cozy Oceanfront' condo was the ideal location for our trip! I booked this condo at the last minute for a birthday getaway for my niece. Locating the property was an ease. The parking garage was easy to navigate. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the security guards who was very pleasant and reminded me to put my parking pass on my car once I was settled in. I loved that it was security on the property checking for parking passes and pool passes. This aided in me feeling safe. Once I entered the condo I was immediately pleased with the layout and the accuracy of the pics. The host sent a video to help with using the keypad. This was so thoughtful and helpful. The condo was clean and stocked with the basics. One bonus is that they had basic seasonings a few items you’d need while cooking. Those little things you tend to forget. Overall myself and the family were highly satisfied!

Awesome Condo
Awesome Condo for my family’s short trip. The condo needed to have some emergency work done due to water damage from another condos leak but Mike kept me up-to-date with the proceedings and we were able to enjoy our stay. The location is amazing! Oceanside view and close to shopping and eating. Loved being able to just walk down to the beach! Only complaint was the sofa bed not being comfortable (which one are?) but the other 2 queen beds were comfortable. Would definitely love to visit again!
