Ac unit leaked water all over the floor, water in shower doesn’t get hot.

Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsReserved a king size room. Check in was 3:00 pm. Arrived at 3:15 and there were no king rooms clean and available. We had plans in an hour so I asked for first available. They us a room with two double beds. When we arrived the air conditioner unit was completely off. It was 80 degrees in the room. The room was clean. The beds were uncomfortable. The daytime check in staff was great! Super nice and helpful at check in. When arriving back to the hotel at 11:00 pm that night the man at the desk was rude when asked a question. Other than that it was an okay stay for just one night. I wouldn't want to stay longer than that at this hotel.

Terribly disappointed in this place, very old, smelled

Stay was ok except for cheap toilet seat which fell apart as soon as my wife sat on it while closed. Caused her to slip off onto floor which pulled or sprained a muscle in her side. Had to go buy pain patches and pain relief roll on to help her. Had trouble sleeping due to pain.
