Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub!

There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. There are 2 refrigerators in the villa. I also have a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have HD TV's in all rooms.
Please note. This is a NON SMOKING villa. This includes cigars and marijuana. Marijuana is illegal in SC.

Great vacation spot!
Villa was very spacious for our group of family and friends (14 adults, 5 children). Short walk to beach and a couple restaurants near by. Unfortunately, due to weather (Hurricane Debby), we could not enjoy beach or other attractions as much as we had planned. Would stay here again if we get back this way!

Large Area for Family to Hang Out
We wanted a house right on the beach because we were bringing our 85 year old mom. However, this house is right behind the houses on the beach and there's a road that separates the houses. There didn't seem to be too much traffic so getting to the beach was not an issue. It was a super short walk. There seemed to always be a nice breeze blowing through. The house was awesome! All of us hung out on the main floor and played cards, cooked, or watched tv, and it never seemed crowded...very large living area. There are all kinds of pots and pans for cooking. Having beach chairs was a wonderful convenience. We didn't bring any and was happy to see that the chairs were provided. We had 4 cars...3 medium size and 1 large. We never had a problem getting a parking space. The beds are super comfy. As a matter of fact, a couple people in our group used to have back pain but during vacation, their backs felt great. They realized the mattresses at their own homes must be the issue...lol. The owner, Lori, was very responsive. Everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place!

Had a good time staying here for our mother's 75th birthday. Had a small hiccup with the plumbing but the handyman and plumber that were provided were great and very quick. The ability to go right across the street to the beach via the public acess was very convienient. Lots of room for all of us.

Golf Trip
This property checks off ALL the boxes for my groups needs. The property is well equipped, clean and convenient! This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and there is ZERO reason to think we won’t be making it a 3rd and more! Any time I had a need to speak with Lori, I have never had a problem! VERY helpful! If you have a large group you would be foolish to spend your vacation staying any other place!!

Thanksgiving/Anniversary Celebration
We had sixteen in our group. We celebrated Thanksgiving and my husband and I celebrated our 50 Wedding Anniversary. The house is very nice and was perfect for our stay. It looks just like the pictures online. Very spacious and clean. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly book again.

A great getaway place for my golf group
This is the second year that my golf group has stayed. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Owner was helpful to us. We have stayed in a few different 8-bedroom places—one guy in each room—and we agreed that this is the best 8-bedroom place we have found in the Myrtle Beach area. We will definitely try to book here again!

A perfect spot!
Indeed it was a paradise! 8 golfing ladies stayed for 4 days. The kitchen and eating are and living area were large and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable with lovely finishing touches. Bathrooms were great. Area was quiet at night . Parking area under the house worked fine. Lisa was a pleasure to work with. We have stayed in the N Myrtle Beach area several times and this is the nicest unit we have ever rented. We will be booking it again for next year,

This property was perfect for our family beach trip. There was 20 of us ranging from age 1-75 and at no point did it feel crowded. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It is only about a 5 min walk to the beach which was great. Parking was easy and the pool was perfect for all the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Time
Everything was perfect for our family stay in North Myrtle Beach at this resort. It was a wonderful place to just be together again after recently losing the patriarch of our family. We had a family group consisting of 14 adults ranging from 19-77, a 13 year old and a 5 month old. The condo was very large with very comfortable and nice size bedrooms and enough bathrooms for us all. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with plates and bowls, cups and glasses and every pan, serving or baking dish and any utensil that you would want. The 2 refrigerators gave us plenty of space to store food for cooking in which was easy with all of the seating space. The laundry facilities were nice and large and the beach towels were an added bonus. The beach was easy to access and the beach chairs were a very nice addition. Lori was a blessing to work with and provided us our much needed family vacation time.
