Wonderful place to stay
Publié le 7 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our time here. Rick was nice to chat with. We discovered croquet because Rick had it set up in the front yard. The front patio is lovely and calming. We had a blast! We recommend this nice and quiet place 100%.

no water
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayDID NOT STAY, My sister went to go stay and the daughter of the owner said they had no water , that we would need to ration what we did with it. She did not know when the water delivery was coming. I rented it because it was near to my daughters wedding and all people needed to shower, and get ready. Had 3 people one night and 6 the next night. My sister called me at the wedding venue and said that it was not okay due to the water situation. I called your office and spoke with Amere he called the venue and she confirmed the water situation. I asked him if he could cancel the reservation and could we be refunded, he said yes. I have spoken with your company many time first case # was 130084467 then we got 130641951 from Nicholas.
Please get my funds back to me
A place with out water needs to state that water is and issue. It is also a safety hazard. I still see no email from your company.

Beautiful place, great hospitality
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe appartment was beautifully located just outside Ladysmith. We really enjoyed the nice view from the terrace. Thanks to Rick we had a great stay on Vancouver Island.
