Home Away from Home in Paradise
Publié le 16 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was beautiful to match the view. It was super clean and well-kept. It was nice to have items like beach towels and a cloth cooler to be able to use. It was easy to find and a perfect distance from Governor's Harbor. We were greeted by the owner, and she later graciously resolved an internet issue. She followed up later to make sure it was still working. In our opinion, this home is located on the prettiest beach of the island. We will certainly be coming back!

Great Location
Publié le 24 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe love the location of the house. On the Rocks beach is such a picturesque beach, with pink sand and rock reef that protects the area. The house itself needs some upkeep. There were major cracks in the walls. There was no internet or tv connection. I would only stay at this house again for its location.

Always sorry to read that a guest is unhappy but am confused about no Internet, which has been working for everyone else. Yes, there was an issue with the TV, which unfortunately I could not get sorted out. All necessary maintenance such as cracks etc will be taken care of when we do the yearly update in Sept. & October.

Pebbles Paradise
Publié le 9 juin 2023 sur HomeAwaywonderful beachfront cottage on Lutra's best beach. Snorkling was quite good on the rocks in front of the cottage. We had an internet issue that the owner resolved promptly. We would love to stay at Pebbles again very soon!

Great Cottage

This guests was let down on arrival as the housekeeper had got her dates muddled and had not yet cleaned the cottage. This was immediately rectified and the guest was credited her first night free. She went on to complain about slow internet, which is a problem on the island that we hope to resolve in the coming months. Every effort was made to deal with the guests requests, but clearly unsuccessfully. We are very sorry! Luckily other guests enjoy the cottage very much!!

Stay at Pebblea

Beautiful location, best beach on the island
Very quiet, house was very nice but don’t expect luxury. We will define try to come back.

Quiet beach house
Publié le 7 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed on Eleuthera 5 times over the years and this is definitely at the top for so many reasons! Centrally located, so easy to enjoy both ends of island. Nice road to property. Beautiful beach out front is easy to swim and walk. Adjacent house had large family group - could not see or hear :) very private! House itself was small but very spacious with comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again !

Ironically, the cottage was thoroughly cleaned for their arrival but left very dirty by these guests.

Lovely location but a little tired
Publié le 23 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayPebbles is a lovely location but the property is a bit tired.. The kitchen is new but there are few dishes to be had. The shower is large but the water pressure is poor and hard to manage temperature. This little cottage will soon disappear into the ocean as it is inches from falling off the edge at several points in the yard. The owner is lovely but clearly having some issues with erosion. There was no water or dish detergent when we arrived. Sadly our stay was impacted by the fact the island decided to open late for the season and lingering covid issues..

Firstly let me address the issue of erosion: yes, in the last couple of months we have had some high seas which caused erosion. This has been addressed of with the placement of massive rocks to protect the property.
With regards to the few dishes: not sure what this meant, as there at least 6/8 of all plates, mugs as well as cooking pots. Will add more!
The property has extensive gardens which are well managed. The property is well looked after.
