When we went to get up in the bed, I was not able, even with 2 step stools, to get into too high bed. Called desk and the best he could do was come to our room to help me get in bed. Would not let him touch me. Didn't have cot or any of their rooms according to him that would have a shorter bed. This morning he said the handicap room had a bed 6" shorter but was not available. Hotel is NOT ADA compliant. I am sure I am not the only person with this problem. I slept in my truck last night and my husband got about 1.5 hours because he kept checking on me outside. Asked for a refund or a voucher, was denied. I expected Expedia to deny, but not Wyndham. Very unsatisfied customer.

Same room stayed in previous year, same clerk. Room was nice and clean. Only issue was door sill. Gap at bottom of door, used towel to seal gap. Otherwise very pleasant. 180 degree from last hotel room stayed in.
