Cozy and comfortable retreat
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was spotless, well maintained and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The area was quiet and dark, great for viewing the northern lights. It's location near the end of a dead end street was perfect. Only a few miles to grocery stores, restaurants and fuel. I'd go back in a minute.

The bed offered complete comfort.

Nice cabin, but not location 😕
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was nice,except the fan in the bathroom make a lot of noise when is on and the pumps wich is in the closet in the living room area .if you rest in the livingroom you'll know when someone is using the bathroom.The location is not that good, the area are looking after the hurricane destroyed houses.

Jamie left a few snacks for us which was very nice. Knowing we needed the couch, she put out the linens. Not far from Fairbanks at all. (Walmart was a bonus)

Cute Cabin
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed a quick night for a wedding in the area. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside is that you have to navigate narrow stairway to get to the bedroom in the loft and the bathroom is downstairs.

The only downside was that because of the smoke from the wildfires the meeting she came to Alaska for was moved from Harding Lake area into Fairbanks so she wasn't as close to the event as we had planned. Not your fault at all.

North Pole Ak
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice cabin about 2 1/5 miles from nearest shopping, Safeway, and dining. Convenient to highways. Bedroom is upstairs using a rather steep stairs, bathroom is on1st floor, might be a problem if there are mobility issues.
Immediate area around property is in good shape, but across the street is a derelict property and thrash heap.
