The hotel rooms have visible black mold on the ceiling and walls. There is standing water in two of the rooms we saw around the air-conditioning and refrigerator. The rooms are a health hazard. There was a room broken window held together with blue tape. The pool is thick with algea and the gate around the pool is broken. The pool is easily accessible from the parking lot making it easy for a child to enter and a code violation. We booked online. When we arrived the hotel rooms looked nothing like the online photos. The hotel itself needs a health inspection. The attendant wouldn't refund us after viewing the room. When looking at the reviews this seems to be their standard online bait get your money business scam. Then not reimburse you when you are disgusted after seeing the room. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews until after the incident. Most complained of black mold, roaches, water leaks and mildew. Lastly there is no bar or restaurant on the premises as advertised.

The staff wouldn’t stop banging on the door and trying to come in it started at 9am check isn’t until 11am. They wanted to clean the room well before. We left way earlier because I couldn’t get any sleep. I work nights and need to sleep. I was falling asleep driving to another county because I couldn’t find anything available but there.

The place needs a good update, paint & restore,

I could not open the door to the room, had to get help. The washcloths and towels could be better quality. Electrical outlet was hanging out, the refrigerator left a puddle on the floor. The sheets were clean and white, pillows were good. I forgot a pair of earrings and they did return them to me, that's good.
