I booked this for my employees and I was told after the fact that there were roaches and the air conditioning did not work properly in any of the rooms

Disguisting is all I can say. I was not expecting much for what we paid we really wanted to go to beach & springs. We were going to stay 2 nights could not wait to leave . So turned off did not even go to Spring nearby. Have not received our refund for the one night . Only saving grace was the day at Venice Beach which we stayed to watch the sunset.
