Wouldn’t visit again
Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAway Not clean, not a two bedroom, host was not accommodating or friendly. The ONE “free” amenity we wanted, the fireplace was not working and she wouldn’t come fix it. Their dogs were out all night and barked a lot and even hung out on our patio which made my dog bark a lot. Asked her to keep them near her property (which just so you know is only 40 yards from the cabin and feels very uncomfortable/not private) and she wouldn’t. Too expensive for what you’re getting. The only plus is the view and that it looks cute. Told my partner “this place is great if you’re not staying here”…left a more thorough review on google. But overall we will not be back.

I’m sorry that you had such an unhappy time with us.
If there was anything unclean, we could have come to take care of whatever issues you had.
You let us know that you were cozy warm in the cabin although at the time the decorative fireplace pilot didn’t light --- we are sorry about this. We did offer to build an outdoor fire for you in the firepit behind the cabin.
The cabin has a queen bed in the loft and a sleeping alcove off the living room.
If you had let us know that you were coming with two large dogs, we could have let you know in advance that we also have dogs in which case you may have cancelled your visit since your dogs clearly don’t enjoy the company of other dogs.
Being alone without family on Thanksgiving may have contributed to your unhappy time here.

A Very Welcome Retreat
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time. All the local attractions were excellent, and the management couldn't have been nicer. It was fun to watch the dogs, and we loved having them visit us. The other renters were great, too. I'm already looking forward to going back!

Perfect cabin, host and pizza!
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe host at thos property is great. If you have a well behaved dog she has friendly doggies too. In summertime there is wood fired pizza - weather permitting - bring your own toppings.
Enjoy the nature and activities in the surrounding region.

The MOST amazing!

They have a garden with vegetables as well as a “Workshop” with homemade soaps and essential oils. The free-range doggies quickly became part of our family, and besties with our 4-legged family member!! No TV in the cabin, which I loved! (Although the collection of VHS’s they had were probably the best made movies ever, and if we had a rainy day, may have located one!)

Peaceful & Beautiful
Publié le 1 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayAmazing property and experience! Peaceful, beautiful, and easy access to hiking. North Creek had a grocery store and cute shops. The Hobby Farm cabins (I stayed in two different ones.) were both lovely and had everything I needed. I'll be back soon!
