Magical
Publié le 25 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayTents were great. Spacious, with wonderful porches, pastoral views, warm down comforters. The electric fireplace heater was a nice touch but didn't cut the cold once out of the bed! Tent nearby was loud late at night and shining light - only downside. Outbuildings were charming. Loved the walk under the starfilled sky to the japanese soaker. Only wish we could have dimmed/turned lights off in the soaker to see the stars! Dinner at Barvino in neighboring Northcreek was great. Beautiful home at thirteenth lake next morning. Truly a wonderful spot. Would love to come here with family friends and take over all for glamps! Our is life to stay in the little charming cabins when chillier which have the best views of the mountains!

Just Beautiful
Publié le 8 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe tents spacious and the grounds are beautiful. The bags of dried lavender in the rooms were an amazing touch. We will absolutely be back again and we will schedule more time in to really enjoy the property because there’s so much space to explore.

The Outdoors Experience Without the Hard Work
Publié le 19 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayIt's a great place to stay. I love being able to have the out door experience without all the hard work. This was my second time back and there has been some upgrades since my first visit that were very nice. Each of the tents now have a screen room on the front with two Adirondack chairs to sit and view the beautiful garden that was also new since the last time I was there. The first time I took my Aunt and we both enjoyed it very much. I was excited to be able share it with my two granddaughters this year. We were able to visit the Wild Center, The Blue Mountain Museum and did Garnet Mining all with in an hour or less from our camp. The wood fire pizza was fun and delicious. My next trip in I will not bother to load my car with beverages and food for my stay, because in North Creek there is a Tops grocery store that is very nice and has anything you might need, so why take up space in your car. While you are in North Creek, check out the "North Creek Mosaic Project". The Adirondack Rail Biking is also in North Creek. That is on our "To Do" list the next time in. Both times we met and chatted with a number of other vacationers; some first timers, some repeat campers. Always a pleasure meeting new folks.

This was a great way to immerse yourself in the outdoors without completely stripping back to nothing. Everyone was so nice and it was like a community, while still being private.

A true gem!
Publié le 13 août 2020 sur HomeAwayWe spent three nights in Glamour Thomas and could have stay a lot longer! The property is beautiful and well kept. The kids loved running around between the houses and he vast garden to look for all the animals around and of course visit Sammy! We had the best time and did not want to leave! Thanks, Leslie & Emeline!

Unique experience. So much fun. This was perfect for our father’s day get away. We were sad to leave
Publié le 6 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayI booked online and I had ton of questions and every one was answered quick. At check in we were greeted by owner and given a quick tour by her daughter. Both were great hosts super kind to our daughters (9 and 7 yo) I was worried that due to Covid 19 everything would be closed. Businesses were closed but it didn’t matter. We had so much to do. We went to 13th lake at sunset and the girls swam till the sun went down. We booked the hot tub... well worth it and soaked in it for an hour before bed. My girls woke up and played with the chickens and ducks and pet Sammy (the friendliest golden lab ever) We spent the day driving around nearby quaint towns then stopping at swimming in the Hudson River. We returned home for stone cooked pizza ... the girls helped cook it...yum! The girls fed the chickens and refilled duck pool... our city slicker girls loved it! Then we sat by the fire and made s’mores till it was our hour in the hot tub time! The tents were simple but super nice. Comfy beds. My favorite part was the back porch of the tent ... our girls played on the front porch and the adults siloed wine in the back over looking thick woods and pretty flower beds. The bathrooms were clean and modern. Highly recommend.
