Villa Bellagio - Beautiful Beachfront Beach Home in Cayman Kai

Nestled amongst whispering palms on the bio-bay in the popular Cayman Kai area, on the north coast, is a comfortable family home that welcomes all!

Arranged on two floors, this is the perfect ‘home from home’ with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (the half bath is outside in the building next to the pool). This beach house makes for the perfect retreat for a family get-together or a group of friends planning for a relaxing vacation. There is a large King bedroom/bathroom downstairs, and then 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 Kings and Twins), 2 with ensuite bathrooms, and the 3rd bathroom is shared with the 2 beachfront bedrooms. There is a small 2nd floor balcony at the top of the stairs, for those of you keen to wake up early and watch the sunrise! There is also a private balcony off the Master Suite, allowing guests to enjoy morning coffee before an adventurous day or an evening cocktail to watch the sunset! The newly remodelled gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast for a large group of 12. Two ovens, a large stove, a wine fridge and a huge center island with bar stools, means everyone can comfortably gather and socialise, dicuss their day and prepare a delectable meal!

The ample pool and outside area allows for casual BBQ’s in the warm sunshine or cool moonlight, with a tranquil beach, private boat dock and hammocks to laze about on. There is ample picnic tables for outside dining, and numerous sunloungers for all to lay around the pool and soak up the sun! This property has many “toys” to play with such as kayaks (1) and paddleboards (4) to explore the cove, and if you are lucky enough you can paddle out at night to catch the amazing light show in the water produced by mother nature herself, the bioluminescence! The dock allows you the option to easily rent a boat for a few days or your whole stay! There are also bicycles (7) to explore the surrounding area, and we suggest heading over to Star Fish Point for a swim and snorkel and to watch the sunset!
(Please note that the Hobbie Cat is not for guests use - that belongs to the owner.)

Situated close by are Rum Point Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club, which offers some wonderful wining & dining options, from beach barbecues to famous mudslide cocktails to gourmet cuisine! You also have options for water-bound activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, jet- skiing, boating and trips to Stingray City. Just a quick drive out of the area (5-15 minutes) will lead you to some of the best restaurants the island has to offer as well as a corner store, a full grocery store and some amazing activities like the Crystal Caves. A rental car is recommended as this property is about 45 minutes from the Airport.

After a full day be sure to head back to Villa Bellagio in time to catch the sun’s finale as it sinks into the horizon of the Caribbean Sea. It is truly unforgettable!

What a great place!
Private beach, pool, plenty of lounge chairs & a spacious house with plenty of room for the nine of us (6 adults, one 3 yr old, and two 1 yr olds)… what more could you ask for??? We loved being on Bioluminescent Bay. The paddle boards and kayak were so much fun. From the house it is an easy walk to Rum Point Club (highly recommend), Kaibo, and Starfish Point (all great). Definitely need to plan ahead for groceries, and allow plenty of time when driving to the airport or 7 mile beach. Villa Bellagio was a great choice for us and Barbara, the property manager, was kind and helpful.

Great for a large group
Kitchen was well stocked and good for cooking for a large group, great to have the extra beverage fridges. The tables were perfect sizes for group of 10-12. Bioluminescent was incredible and lovely sunset views. Walking distance to Rum Point and Kiabo for more restaurants and swimming beaches. Paddle boards were great to have on the bay. Would be nice if the beach had more soft sand (a little rocky), but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time in the sun. Barabara was lovely - responsive and kind :)

Beautiful House
Villa Bellagio is beautiful! We had 9 people (5 adults and 4 kids) and everyone had more than enough space. It's a bit of a drive from the airport and 7 mile beach area but definitely worth it (and the drive isn't bad at all). The bay is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding and going out at night to experience the bioluminescence. I would suggest putting in a grocery order with Hurley's and have them deliver; well worth the delivery fee. The house is very well stocked with anything you might need from kitchen items to pool toys to ocean toys (there are 4 paddle boards and 1 kayak) and 7 bikes. Barbara, the property manager is so friendly and helpful. We loved it here and would stay again in a heart beat!

Villa Bellagio- Dec 2024
My family and I came out for my 50th birthday and stayed at the Villa Bellagio. What a fantastic property with beautiful views of the ocean and area. Property was exactly as listed, rooms were spacious and kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed 10 days of vacation and did not have a single issue with the property. The pool is great and can walk right down to the water for some paddle boarding or kayaking if you want. Check in was easy and Barbara answered immediately when we did call. I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing vacation within walking distance of Rum Point. 5 stars all around and we definitely be back at some point.

The house is exactly what was advertised on VRBO. The management was super professional. The house was clean and really well equipped in the kitchen and also out on the beach. Everything worked well and it was a lovely place to stay. This is a really great area if you’re looking to relax. There are some great restaurants really close by. I would stay there again. .

Family and friends vacation
We have been planning this vacation for a year and the property did not disappoint! It is a great location and absolutely amazing home. Being on the bioluminescent bay was a great swim every evening. Ray Day's charter picked us up right from the dock at the home. There are fabulous food places close and lots of sughts close.

We had the extended family fly down from as far away as California, for my daughter's graduation from St. Matthew's University & all of us loved our stay at Villa Bellagio. Excellent location & so much privacy!! Our host (Barbara) was very responsive & accommodated all of our requests. Villa was perfect for larger families like ours. We're already making plans to return because it really brought the entire family together again. Can't recommend this VRBO enough!

Awesome property & location
This house had everything you would need/want for both adults and children. I gave the description of the property 5 stars but would have rated it even higher if I could. The house was larger than I expected with 5 full bathrooms and a half bath by the pool. 8 adults and 2 children fit very comfortably. Walking distance to Rum Point & Kaibo. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. Kitchen had anything you would need for preparing and serving meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property
We had a great stay, three generation family trip. The house and kitchen are well stocked and very clean. We used the bikes and went to rum point, kaibo and starfish point. The house is on the quieter side of the island - we did a large grocery order from hurleys and they delivered. There is a small grocery about 10 mins from the house but prices there were 2x what they are in town. So plan ahead and it will save you. Great house and a great vacation, would stay here again!

This house is amazing! It has a ton of space - we were able to fit 3 families very comfortably. 4 out of the 5 rooms have king beds (except for the kids room, which has twin beds). The kitchen is big and modern. It has two wine fridges and two dishwashers. We cooked in it multiple nights and had plenty of space. One of the best parts about this house is the private beach area and dock! It comes with a canoe and paddle boards, which kept our kids busy all week. There were chairs and tables outside, but we weren’t able to use them at night because of the mosquitos. There are multiple bikes in the shed, which we rode in the mornings up to Kaibo for coffee and breakfast. All of the amenities were an added bonus. We highly recommend this house!

Amazing beachfront house!
This house was perfect! Everything matched the photos and description accurately (or was even better). House is located in a very secluded and quiet neighborhood. Barbara was our point of contact during our stay and was very quick to respond to our one request (there was no iron in the house when we first looked for it, but she had one brought to the house within hours of me making her aware). Pool was great (awnings over part of pool provided shade in part of pool throughout the day) and there was a kayak plus several paddle boards to use in the bay directly from the private beach! My wife said this was the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented. Highly recommend!

You will want for nothing!!
This is the best well stocked house we’ve ever been too. Plenty of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom. The kitchen had EVERYTHING needed to make large meals. (Except food). They even had three types of coffeemaker (Keurig, Nespresso, and drip) which was AWESOME for our coffee lovers. Loved the bioluminescent bay. Had fun paddle boarding and kayaking both during the day and at night. Another kayak would have been great. BRING BUG SPRAY. The mosquitoes are wicked. But they are wicked everywhere. We would love to come back to Grand Cayman, and when we do we will stay at Villa Bellagio again.

Couldn’t have been better!
My family of 6 and my parents, total of 8, stayed at Villa Bellagio for a week to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had scheduled this trip in March of 2020 but it was cancelled due to Covid. We had been looking forward to this trip for 3 years now and this house did not disappoint!! It was very clean and super spacious!! All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was so convenient! Big beds with clean linens, plenty of towels; even extras! There were games and puzzles which was great. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. Nice pots and pans. Coffee makers galore! A Keurig, a regular coffee pot, tea kettle and even a Nespresso machine! The pool was amazing with floaties for the kids and tons of towels. Washing machine was outside and was really nice to be able to wash things as needed. The beach was STUNNING! There was paddle boards and a canoe to use- which we did everyday! Being right on Bioluminescent Bay was super cool to go out at night to see the glowing waters. There are jelly fish in the water so make sure to not kick them up in the water and wear swim shirts. My boys got stung a few times but it wasn’t too bothersome. TONS of mosquitoes too. My kids have welts all over their bodies. Bring bug spray for sure!! The house also had bikes that we used everyday to ride to Kaibo Beach Bar and to Rum Point. We went snorkeling with Crystal Charters (they were great and picked us up right at Kaibo). Starfish point is just down the street you can drive/bike to. We also went to the Crystal Caves and to the Botanic Garden. The North side of the island is super quiet with not much to do besides relax! The house and it’s location was just what we needed. This was the best vacation we have had in many years! We would absolutely consider staying at this home again!

Absolute perfection!
8 friends and I visited the island to celebrate my 40th birthday. While the pictures give you an idea that this is a great place, they don’t do it justice! Some of the highlights… 4 bedrooms have an attached bathroom and the 5th has a bathroom next to it. This allowed our group to have their own space and privacy. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. The kitchen is great for groups as there are 2 dishwashers and 2 wine/beverage refrigerators. The pool and deck area are spacious and great for relaxing. The beach is stellar… it’s large and has lots of room to move around to catch those afternoon rays! We especially enjoyed having massages on the beach (massage therapists will come to the house). The house is located on bio luminescence bay and we loved paddle boarding at night to see it’s magic. We already want to return! Truly a fantastic experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bellagio. It exceeded our expectations. It was quiet but there are so many things to do and see. We snorkeled and paddle boarded right off the dock. We saw so many starfish near the mouth of the bay in the mornings. The nights on the bay were so amazing - the bioluminescence was so cool to experience. We rode bikes to Espresso for coffee in the mornings, relaxed in the hammocks and used the pool everyday. The house was comfortable and clean. It was honestly one of the best experiences we have had.

Beautiful Home, Outstanding Location!
We had the most amazing time at Villa Bellagio with family, celebrating birthdays! The home was immaculate, and the kitchen had more than everything we needed for a group of 9! We enjoyed the pool, paddle boards, outdoor spaces, and bikes. Starfish Point was #1 on everyone's list of the top 5 things that we did, including snorkeling at Rum Point, a private boat tour to Stingray City & snorkeling at the reef, visiting the Crystal Caves and exploring the bioluminescent bay at night! We had one small issue of a fire alarm battery needing to be changed, and Barbara was available to help us get it fixed quickly! The beds and living spaces were super-comfortable, and the house was elegant and located conveniently between Starfish Point and Rum Point. We hope to return for another vacation!

40th Birthday celebration
Stayed with a group of friends for my 40th birthday. Villa Bellagio was perfect!! The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. Loved the kayak and paddle boards. The hammocks and all the chairs on the beach were just as pictured. We walked to Rum Point and Kaibo. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay! Our only complaint was the pool was colder than the ocean lol. Would definitely stay here again and bring my kids !

Honeymoon with friends
We had our first week of our honeymoon staying on the East End at a different location, our second week was with her friends at the Villa Bellagio. This could not have been a better place to spend a great time with a close group of friends. Bike rides, snorkeling, and easy travel to Commander Bay via boat taxi made this trip a memorable one. We spent many days enjoying the lagoon area and everything it had to offer. Thanks again Villa Bellagio
