Unhappy bride
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was an ok stay. It was for our honeymoon but felt just like another night at home. Nothing exciting. The tub was the best feature but it took forever to fill up. I felt like i wasted money on this stay.

Adequate for a one night stay. Walls are thin. Accomodations are bare bones.

One reason I wanted to stay here is because of having a in room jacuzzi. After filling the tub extremely hot water kept on running . So i would have to keep adding cold water. After that there was still a small stream of hot water running on 3 different occasions i burnt my arm. I could not sleep very well as that water kept running all nite long i could not shut it off completely the steady water running kept me awake most of the night. In the morning i informed the manager of the issues. I thought he might offer some type of discount but nothing. I will not ever return there or recommend this place to anyone

Found stink bug in bedroom and cobwebs in corners of bathroom, needs renovation, clearly outdated. Best part was the limo to local casino

It was all around good the only thing my bathroom door didn't close and the shower was broken could only take bath. But the staff was amazing and i loved it was dog friendly even tho i didnt have my dogs..

2 queen bed room, 1 bed was a queen mattress but on a full size bed frame so mattress was falling off you had to sit directly in the middle.
Tub was constantly running water, cracked bathroom fixtures.
Unclean floors our socks were black from walking around although our shoes were taken off at the door. Under the beds, bedside tables etc were not even swept full popcorn kernels and pieces of food from previous guest.
There are some long stay people here which we got positioned below making for a very noisy stay.
