Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great along with the cleanliness of the dining area.

The hotel seems to be brand new. The rooms and the common spaces are all very clean and in great condition. The pool is quite large and in perfect condition. Unfortunately our room was on the side of the hotel facing I-90–very close to the thruway. We heard noise from passing trucks all night long. I would suggest asking for a room on the south side of the building.

We never want anyone to leave the property not satisfied. I don't find any notes that the issue was discussed at the hotel. Our regular guests love our close location to the intersection of I-81 and I-90 (NYS Thruway), great shopping and restaurants, and minutes from Downtown Syracuse and the Syracuse Airport. Our regular guests love our proximity to the airport and our complimentary call-ahead transportation to and from the airport. And thank you for your comment about our beds. There was persistent noise from the room next door all night—very difficult to sleep!!! Will not be back
