This Holiday Inn did not measure up to our standards. After waiting over 30 minutes (due to a computer crash) for our room we discovered an empty bottle in the room and other small trash items on the floor. (somebody missed some sweeping). Breakfast was much less than I expected and the entire property feels in need of renovation. It was our most expensive hotel on our recent trip (perhaps due to the State Fair?) but I would not stay here again.

Such great staff there--helped me with multiply timed check ins. Very clean and convenient. Safe parking lot very well lit. Would definitely stay again!

Not the best Holiday Inn we've stayed at.

However, the bathroom fan cover was missing, the A/C unit cycled on and off continuously, and the sound isolation was inadequate, as we could easily hear the guests directly above us. The location, however, was very convenient to the airport.

Front desk unstaffed for 20 to 30 minutes, person in lobby said desk person drove someone to grocery store. Youth team staying at hotel banging on doors and throwing ice on doors, apparently no cameras or security to identify. Got to hotel and they were playing room roulette, moving peoples rooms to accomadate, had given our room away and moving someone else to get our room back.
