Jay Weekend

Stayed at the Grammy Jay Getaway for a weekend up at Jay Peak and it was the perfect fit for us. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Birthday Ski Trip

This was our second stay at Grammy Jay Getaway. The property is really well maintained and comfortable. The location alongside the Grammy Jay trail makes it a perfect ski in/ski out condo.

Great ski house!

This place was fantastic. Clean and enjoyable to stay. Unfortunately because the small transfer lift was not running this was not ski-in-ski-out as advertised. But great time and would rent again later in the season when it’s truly ski in/out.

End of summer getway

Family end of the summer getaway. Wicked comfortable! Great safe area for the kids and dogs to play at. I just suggest stopping at a real groscry store before you get there. There are no real grocery stores around.

They didn't provide a parking pass and their customer support was completely worthless. Taking 4 business hours to resolve a simple issue. The fridge water dispenser was broken and the game system they advertised doesn't work.

Great place, true to description

This place is just as advertised. It’s nice and clean and a convenient ski in n ski out condo at Jay peak. There’s also free shuttle at the resort that can take us to lodges/water park. It also has a ski closet to store gears just outside the condo entrance. Check in is smooth and check out is standard. The only suggestion I have is to provide a little more basic cooking ingredients like oil. That would make it a little easier to cook at the condo.

We had a great time during our stay at this location. It is right on the Grammy Jay run, so you can ski basically right up to the doorstep. The condo was roomy and clean.

2 nights at Jay

We were only here for 2 nights but greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Internet was easy to connect and worked well. We didn't use the TV, but it looked fine. There were games puzzles and video games available as well. The bed was comfortable. Though we didn't really cook, the kitchen had everything one could need. There was a considerable problem with check-in. We were supposed to be contacted the morning of our stay by Vacassa, the property mgt group. There was no contact. When I finally contacted them they informed me that their computer systems were down and they couldn't access the information needed for us to check into the condo. Said they would call back in 10 minutes or so. No call back. When I again contacted them, they could give us no time frame of when the information would be available but told us to go anyway as they were sure the problems would be solved by then. When pressed about what we should do if we were to arrive with still no check in information, they assured us that someone would be able to help us then. But no time frame. We did eventually have checkin information before arrival. It arrived at 5:03 pm. Check-in was 4:00. If we had left when we intended I don't know how long we would have been stranded. This unit was great. They need a different property manager.
