Logement fonctionnel, bien équipé et spacieux. Les communications avec l’hôte sont très difficiles. L’hôte (équipe centralisée hors du lieu) communique à l’équipe locale qui elle doit communiquer avec nous mais qui ne le fait pas.

Perfect sport for Jay. Spacious, clean, modern appointed ski condo. Good WiFi and TV options. Nice basement access for boots/gear and ski in ski out.

Great condo in a great spot. Condo was nice and roomy and felt like a home away from home. Check in was easy and everything was just as described.

Nice but maybe not ski in/out

Well maintained and clean, however you can only ski in/out if Jay Peak is running the village lift, something they didn’t do until our last day there. A few observations about the condo: No instructions on how to operate the fireplace, I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on Couldn’t figure out how to control the heat, might be radiate heat, but no controls visible. I had everything off and it was still too warm. Only two large drinking glasses, weird for a well stocked place Need to update their “welcome” book. Don’t think the information has been changed since 2006.

Wonderful place, great location, well stocked with kitchen stuff, except could have had more glassware. Very clean and felt right at home

Great Stay

All was well. The property is a bit on the older side but everything was in order. We really enjoyed the ski in and out option and a great space to put the skis away. Kitchen was well stocked and we had all that we needed it throughout our stay.

Noone will answer you if you need help

As soon as we got to the property we found trash and pizza boxes piled outside our basement door and leftover food in the refrigerator and cabinets from the previous tenants. The wifi didnt work so we called and spoke with someone. She told us to restart the router and it didnt help. She then said she would send someone out and never did. I messaged again the next day and was once again told theyd send someone out but never did. So some of us had literally 0 service the entire time there because noone ever came and on day 3 they stopped answering and replying all together. Alot of the cooking utensils are ruined and need replacing and the cups and bowls were covered in grease along with the stove and wall behind the stove. Water and ice maker didnt work, there was board games but were missing all the pieces and there was even a tv in the basement with a dvd player but no remotes to control anything. Its safe to say the house is neglected and needs someone to go and replace some of the items that are damaged or outdated. The worst part for us was we ended up in a ditch and had to pay a tow truck to pull us out across from the property because we were trying to leave because we were obligated to leave by 10am but on Friday Feb 3rd it was -19 degrees and the roads were extremely icy but yet the sand and plow trucks didnt come until 1130 after we called and begged for help. Noone is maintaining this property sufficiently and us customers have to pay for the negligence
