Run!
Publié le 10 oct. 2017 sur ExpediaThe only pleasant thing about our stay was the hotel owners dog and he growled when we came in!

Old place that needs updating
Publié le 29 sept. 2017 sur Expedia
Pour : Nice location near the beach, just a couple miles from Provincetown center
Contre : Better mattress and blankets. AC/heater is very difficult to access the controls near the ceiling. Really should include in-room coffee supplies.
Emplacement : P-Town is a hoot. Fun shops and good restaurants like Fanizzi's. Walking the beach at low tide was very cool.
This old motel really need updating. Very basic. Cheapo hard mattress with no blankets. Poor in-room climate control. No coffee, no cups. Gravel driveway. Seemed pretty expensive for what you get (or don't get). Good location though.

Beautiful Area, Rude Owners
Publié le 17 août 2017 sur ExpediaThis hotel is on a beautiful beach in a beautiful area.
When I arrived the office staff was very rude, to the point where I tried to stay somewhere else but I could not find any vacancy.
The shower was very hard to turn on and off. I kept it running a lot of the time. Other then the shower, room 20 was very comfortable.
I would stay at this hotel again ONLY if there was no where else to stay. I would rather book a site at a campground though.

Great location, but...
Publié le 19 juill. 2017 sur ExpediaRun down place. Everything is in bad shape. Had to switch rooms because of ant infestation. Too expensive for what is offered. Too bad. Location is great. Nice beach.

You had left food out and that is ants maybe came to your room. We have checked the room since you left and there are no ants there. Anyway, we tried to accommodate you ,even in the middle of the night. Next time you come, maybe you can find a better price for 4 people in P'town . Good luck.

Not worth the price
Publié le 18 juill. 2017 sur Expedia
Pour : Spacious room, close to beach and town
Contre : Price, complete renovation of room
Emplacement : Provincetown is a 1 minute drive, lots of things to do, plenty of beaches in the area
We were hung up on twice when we initially called this place to cancel our reservation - a male employee told us "there is no cancellation policy" and "good luck" before hanging up on us. When we arrived an older woman told us that their cancellation policy is normally two weeks in advance, but she did accommodate us by giving us a bigger room for the two nights which was nice of her to do.
Although the room was close to the beach it did not distract enough from the condition of the hotel. The first thing you see are grounds that are totally neglected and unkempt, but the first thing you smell in the room is a moldy basement, the kind your grandma doesn't even do laundry in. There were ACTUALLY basement centipedes crawling on the ceiling and walls. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the cabinets smelled of pure gag-inducing mold, there was black mold on the ceiling above the shower, and when we tried to move the blinds that covered the sliding-glass door, 2 blinds promptly fell off and broke on the ground. If this room were $100-150 per night, I would have endured it without a complaint. The room WAS spacious and we WERE a walk from the beach. But for $220 per night?! I should at least have peace of mind that bugs won't be crawling on me while I sleep and that I won't turn into a black mold spore by the time I leave.

Richard, I am really disappointed in what you presented above are not true. You were not happy that your reservation was not cancelled ,but you did not have to make up negative things. We tried to accommodate you as best as we could, but obviously having to pay no rent at your parents time share did not compare with the charges here. Good luck to you getting a cheaper place in P 'town next time.

Quiet and Charming
Publié le 18 juill. 2017 sur ExpediaOur experience here was great. The hotel was quiet and perfectly located. Clean and efficient. You can't go wrong with a private beach steps away from your room. This is a low frills place, which means it's simple and sweet, a refreshing break from the usual upiddy crowd of cape cod. A true gem. We will be going back, hopefully sooner than later!

Contre : Update rooms
Emplacement : Close to Provincetown - on a bus line to center of town. National Seashore beaches close by as well as whale watches and dune buggy tours.
Best feature is location. Rooms were dated but clean. Hotel staff responded right away in taking care of room issues. On a private beach.
