Unit is old and outdated. At arrival had thoughts about transferring to another location.

Our goal is to ensure that guests have a clear understanding of what to expect, and I regret that the studio did not meet your personal preferences.Our accommodations vary widely in terms of size, style, and amenities. For those seeking a more modern experience with updated features such as air conditioning, we offer our VIP units, which are equipped with new furnishings and contemporary amenities. These units come at a higher rate but offer a significantly different experience. If a more spacious or modern cottage was your preference, I would encourage booking one of these VIP options in the future.The studio you chose is one of our classic accommodations, built in the 1950s. We have many guests who appreciate the charm and historical character of these units and return year after year. We also have newly renovated options, so if you prefer a more modern setting, I would recommend booking a VIP unit or one of our larger, updated cottages.Additionally, I would like to point out that recent guests who stayed in the same studio prior to your visit rated it very positively, with reviews of 5 out of 5 and 4 out of 5 stars. This suggests that the unit was in good condition before your stay.Should any issues arise during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can address them promptly. Unfortunately, once a guest has departed, it is challenging for us to make any adjustments or improvements based on feedback.Thank you for your understanding. This is just simply a beautiful cottage. Right on the water (Bayside). 6 minute drive to PTown.

Location outstanding, accommodations …

Location and view, amazing. Accommodations, a little minimal. No dish soap, hand soap, paper towel or extra blankets. Couch is not a couch, it’s a love seat, at best.

Hi Jennifer,Thank you for your feedback. I regret that we were unable to address your concerns during your stay. If you had brought these issues to our attention while you were here, we would have been able to resolve them immediately.Regarding the dish soap, you just had to request it, we would have gladly provided it. Occasionally, our cleaning staff might overlook this item. We stopped providing liquid hand soap during COVID due to concerns about its misuse, which led to waste and sanitation issues. Instead, we offer individually wrapped soap bars to ensure cleanliness and avoid waste.As for paper towels, we do not supply them as outlined in our booking information. Instead, we provide cloth dish towels, which we believe are more effective and environmentally friendly.Regarding the love seat, it is not a sofa bed due to regulations set by the fire marshal, which limit the number of guests per cottage. We avoid using sofa beds because they have not proven durable in the past. Instead, we offer cots when needed and can accommodate them in certain cottages depending on their layout.You did not request a cot during your stay, but if you had, we could have either provided one or relocated you to a cottage that better suited your needs. Our cottages vary in layout and configuration, with some offering different bedroom arrangements to meet diverse requirements.I hope this clarifies the issues you experienced.

Best service we’ve ever gotten. They were very lenient with the check in and out hours which was very helpful for our vacation schedule! Provided information on how to get around and attractions all so kindly.

The cabin was very clean and the staff very friendly. The outlets were loose which made it hard to plug anything in and the bed was pretty hard, but all in all it was a great place and I would stay there again.
