We expected way much more

We were traveling in Sri Lanka for almost 4 weeks. We wanted a more expensive and more luxurious hotel for our last nights. That's why we choose Dolphin Beach. When we came, we didn't get any time to land. The manager was in a rush and it was not comfortable. We had an amazing room, a 'tentalow' but everything was a little bit wet. At the website was written we would get a fridge, a watercooker, coffee and a bathrobe. None of them was there. The food was cold, and the taste was not worth the price. We liked the staff at the restaurant tho, they were really kind and did the best they could. It was such a lovely and beautiful place but when you pay that much, you expect more than that we get.
