Prime location
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was a bit tight with little moving room for more than one person, but it was pretty homey.
The location was perfect with everything being within walking distance and being right off the boardwalk. This felt like the perfect location and we were able to just jump into the days activities, hassle free. Would definitely come back.

This location is great, but I don't think I will stay here again. The shower curtain was covered in mold, everything in the room felt damp, it was too small for a family of 4 (and we stayed in the rooms with the kitchenette). The coffee maker has a mold coffee pod inside when we got there. They don't take your wet towels and bring new ones, or offer any cleaning/trash services all weekend, which sucks when you're bringing sand and wet beach stuff back all weekend long.

Thanks for the feedback, for future reference you can always request fresh towels or any room amenity at any time in your stay but if you display a do not disturb sign outside your door you will not receive room service. Wish you well thanks for the review.

I didn't like that my room across the street on the back of that other building. It was not safe because it was a parking lot across my entrance door. That wasn't what i saw onbthe photos when i booked the place. The pool, my parking and registration office were around my building across the street. The door of my room it had a slide opening. All the noise from the rooms next too i was able to hear itand couldn't sleep. I didn't like the side of the building i was staying at night time because across the street it was a huge parking lot and on my side of the street were the back side of multiple houses

Thanks for the review upon verification we see you stayed in one of the most requested rooms in the Annex building and also see you booked through a third party agency and they assigned your room. For future reference you can always call office directly and book a room that best fits your needs. I don't see why you would leave a bad review when service was provided , room was clean and there was no complaints. Yet again thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
